Angello’s 2 U, a food truck serving Angello’s 2 Go Italian food, is launching this spring.

“We love Angello’s 2 Go and believe this is the right move for us, as they have amazing food, great customer service and a solid business model, and we are honored to partner with them,” Angello’s 2 U owner Sara August said.

The plan is for the food truck to open in April. August said the truck is being assembled by United Food Trucks in Miami, and will be ready for pickup in March. The truck will operate throughout Northeast Ohio.

The menu will feature appetizers, including French fries, cheese sticks and meatballs; pizza by the slice; sandwiches, including meatball subs, Italian subs, chicken sandwiches and grilled cheese; desserts and drinks.

The food truck will be available to book for private events, workplace events, festivals, you name it. Request services by visiting angellos2u.com or calling 330-437-8992. Find more information on the Angello’s 2 U Facebook page. For catering services, call Angello’s 2 Go at 330-956-5860.

Cherry Blend Coffee Roasters is offering free coffee delivery, weather permitting, to most locations within 1 to 2 miles of the roastery, at 1003 Cherry Ave. NE in Canton.

“Being a lifetime resident of Canton, I believe there is a need for furthering business growth in the downtown area,” said Cherry Blend Coffee Roasters owner Terry Miller, who runs the business with his wife, Peggy, and daughter, Alison.

The team purchased Rebellion Roads electric bikes, which are custom-built and have 750-watt motors. They will travel about 20 to 40 miles on a single charge and cost about 85 cents per charge.

“We can deliver our fresh roasted coffee beans quickly and efficiently to most locations from 1 to 2 miles of our roastery within minutes, giving us the ability to serve our customers quickly at minimum cost,” said Miller, who said his team will wear lighted safety helmets and vests, and use bike lights and bike lanes when possible, for optimum safety.

Deliveries include any single 12-oz. bag of coffee or as much coffee as needed at no additional cost.

Orders can be made online at cherryblendcoffeeroasters.com during the roastery’s hours from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.
